Due to the nature of these services—which are delivered instantly or involve irreversible backend actions—we follow a transparent and strict refund policy. 1. CRP ID Registration
Once registration is completed and the CRP ID is issued, the service is considered delivered. As it involves verification and system integration, it is non-refundable.
2. Profile Update Requests
All profile edit requests are manually reviewed and implemented by our team. Once a request is submitted and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. Job Seeker Visibility Subscriptions
This service is activated instantly for each billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for early cancellation or unused subscription periods.
4. Duplicate or Accidental Payments
In the case of a duplicate or accidental transaction, users must contact our support team within 3 business days. If verified, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
5. Technical Errors or Failed Transactions
If a payment fails or you encounter a technical issue that prevents delivery of the service, please contact us with payment proof. If eligible, a resolution or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Services
All services on ComplyRegistry.com are digital and non-tangible. Once access is granted or services are initiated, they are deemed consumed and are non-refundable.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage users to contact us before initiating any chargebacks. Unwarranted chargebacks without prior communication may result in blacklisting or restricted access to the platform.
8. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment source. Timelines may vary based on your bank or payment processor.
