Upon successful registration and verification, you will be issued a unique Compliance Registered Professional ID (CRP ID). This ID:

  • Is unique and permanent for each registered professional.
  • Is publicly verifiable through our online registry.
  • Will be linked to your public professional profile containing your certifications, qualifications, and relevant career information.

3. Profile Visibility

By registering, you consent to having a publicly accessible profile on ComplyRegistry.com. Your profile may include the following details:

  • Your full name and professional title.
  • Your certifications and qualifications.
  • Your CRP ID and optional “Actively Looking” badge (if enabled).
  • A downloadable summary of your credentials (optional).

You may request updates or edits to your profile through our official profile update process.

4. Consent for Verification and Data Sharing

By registering on this platform, you explicitly provide your consent to the following:

  • Your profile and details may be accessed by verified employers, companies, or recruiters seeking to hire compliance professionals.
  • Your background, employment history, or performance-related data may be shared with employers requesting verification or evaluation for job-related purposes.
  • Your data may be shared with trusted third-party services only for the purposes of professional background checks, compliance verification, or employee evaluation.

Note: We do not sell, rent, or misuse your data for marketing or advertising purposes. All data sharing is strictly consent-based and aligned with the platform’s mission of professional integrity and trust.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform in a responsible and lawful manner. You must not:
